Alive Network Artist Steve Young Releases A Christmas Single For Help For Heroes

Alive Network's highly popular solo singer/guitarist, Steve Young, has released a Christmas single with all proceeds going to the "Help For Heroes" charity.

Steve often donates to various charities at Christmas time so he decided that if he was going to release a Christmas single, it would have to be for charity. On his reasons for choosing 'Help For Heroes' as his charity, Steve said

My father was an officer in the Royal Navy so I feel a connection with 'Help For Heroes'. He saw action in the 50's & 60's and was sometime away from home for up to two years.

Also a good friend of mine who is a Police officer heard the song when I was recording it and he felt that the lyrics applied to the services as many are away from home abroad at Christmas time.

Help for Heroes is a charity formed to help those who have been wounded in Britain's current conflicts.
