The Hairy Bikers join our Ice Sculpture team!

Filming for their Christmas Special to be aired in early December, Si King and Dave Myers – aka The Hairy Bikers – sped in at high speed on their BMW R1200GS motorcycles to our ice sculpture supplier's studio.

Ice-Carver Wayne had fun helping the affable duo to create a magnificent, Christmas tree-shaped vodka luge which will take pride-of-place in the Hairy Biker’s Christmas Party-themed show!

The popular BBC2 chefs have even created a special Spiced Christmas Pudding flavoured vodka recipe, which will be poured through the icy sculpture to both entertain and perhaps inebriate guests!

Commenting on the Bikers’ artistic skills, Wayne remarked “Not bad for beginners, but maybe they should stick to the cooking!”.

Our Ice Sculptures team, of course, keep cool all year round and their impressive refrigeration facility is already filling up with bespoke designs and orders for Christmas parties and events across the country. Owner Glenn confirmed that “It’s a winter wonderland already here with penguins, reindeer and (professionally carved!) Christmas trees just waiting for the festivities to begin!”.
