The Supertones Sail Down London's River Thames

Performing On The P. S. Elizabethan!

On Friday 20th January, The Supertones climbed aboard The P. S. Elizabethan and set sail down London's River Thames. Our event reporter Kyle Keegan joined the band and judging by the photos he captured, The Supertones certainly rocked the boat!

On Friday 20th January 2012, The Supertones jumped on board The P. S. Elizabethan and set sail down the River Thames, London.

A unique location for private parties, weddings and corporate entertainment, The P.S. Elizabethan is a perfect replica of a 1980’s Mississippi stern-wheeled paddle streamer.

Although lucky enough to capture some fantastic views from the water, corporate event band, The Supertones weren’t on board to sight-see but to entertain an intimate party of 37 guests for technology mogul HP’s annual review party!

With a rather unusual load-in on their hands, The Superstones took the narrow corridors and walk ways in their stride and as always, set their equipment up in super-efficient timing!

The Supertones were asked to provide 2 x 60 minutes of music and straight after dinner, they got on with what they do best!

With only a hand full of guests, The Supertones were able to get everyone involved in their performance with stage invasions and guest vocals from many members of the audience!

Judging by the photos, The Supertones certainly rocked the boat and a great night was had by all!
