“Velocity were really fantastic - top marks all round. Sarah was great in the build-up, got in touch well in advance and was flexible with what we wanted. They arrived on the day with plenty of time to spare, and got on with the setup in the background while the dinner was going on. The set was amazing, the dance floor was full, loads of interaction with the crowd - both the band and singer were excellent. Sarah even did a costume change between sets! Genuinely could not have been more pleased and could not recommend them highly enough - thank you so much!”

“Velocity were fantastic at our recent event. They were entirely flexible with our event schedule, they were adaptable as the event progressed and prepared for any last-minute additions or changes. Our attendees had a great time on the dance floor and they were skilled at reading the mood of the room. The music choices were up-beat and their attire conveyed character and edginess perfectly. All the members were extremely friendly, they worked well with the rest of the build-up crew and event staff and were very professional.”

“They were excellent. The band were very polite and professional. They were also very accommodating. A few of the band members joined in when my wife wanted to perform an air guitar session. Likewise the band helped out two of the guests perform their very drunk rendition of ice ice baby. Very pleased we booked the sax player as well, one of her solo's went down a storm. A big thank you from the both of us!”

“My wife and I booked Velocity for our autumn wedding in October 2017 having spent months researching and reviewing bands online. I wanted a band that would guarantee people on the dance floor and with a sound that would impress even the most hardened music critic - they did not disappoint! Not only did they accommodate an early set up and working with our DJ to ensure everything was sound checked and set up before we arrived at the venue, but also interacted with the dancing masses to ensure our wedding would be remembered for years to come (I’ve had almost every guest ask me on the night or since “who were that band. They were awesome”) I would highly recommend them for any event, the full 7 piece a must.”

Velocity were better than we possibly imagined, our guests loved the interaction with you guys and joined in the fun you were having on stage. You knew exactly what song would keep everyone dancing and the sing-a-longs were hysterical, thanks so much for making it a really special day, we couldn't have asked for more”
