Brilliant for Wedding ceremony and reception

“We chose Athena as soon as we heard Dilys’ voice on the samples. They were exactly what we wanted for playing before, during and after our ceremony. They created a perfect atmosphere to our reception and even accommodated a last minute request from the groom on the day! They were also very professional and easy to coordinate with before the day.”

“If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Polite, professional, friendly and hugely talented. We asked Athena to play during our wedding ceremony and during drinks afterwards after watching their videos on Alive Network and their version of Songbird sealed the deal! They were perfection. Professional and helpful from the first email and later phone call and texts. I lost count of how many of our guests approached us during the wedding and the next day saying how amazing they were. They created the perfect atmosphere during the ceremony and were brilliant entertainment for the guests after. They made it very special. I would ask them to play at another event in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything x”

“Athena were brilliant, as musicians Dilys has a fabulous voice and Adam is a great guitarist. Song choices were perfect. Everyone at the party raved about how good they were. We, unfortunately for them, sang along quite a lot, and the dance floor was full for the duration. I would recommend Athena to anyone who wants a talented and professional duo.”

As well as looking elegant and very beautiful, Dylis has such a wonderful voice; silky smooth and so easy to listen to, to which Adam’s brilliant guitar accompaniment was perfectly suited. Everyone loved them. I would book them again and again. I knew from the agency’s video that they were going to be good, but my high expectations were exceeded 10-fold. To top it all, they are really nice people who are easy to deal with and who were happy to offer flexibility around the evening’s itinerary. “We had a relatively small event (around 80 people). Athena turned up on time and set up without any fuss. Dilys has a beautiful voice and is accompanied perfectly by Adam on guitar.
