Cassino are Yorkshire's finest function band. An enthusiastic 4 piece band with extremely talented musicians, Cassino deliver their passion for music and professional approach at every event.
Cassino formed many years ago and have a wealth of experience performing regularly at hotels, weddings, function rooms, marquees, corporate events, private parties, Bar Mitzvah's and more.
Cassino believe creating the perfect nights entertainment is like baking a cake. With something for everyone, the band perform the perfect mixture of songs from Ella to Elvis, from Tina to Take That, from rock and roll to the latest chart hits. All your favourite songs will be played with lots more on top!
Meet The Band
Anna (Vocals)
As one of the UK’s most in-demand function / party singers, Anna has performed worldwide and at literally hundreds of events. In her highly successful career, she has worked with some of the biggest names in show business and entertained a variety of corporate clients. She has entertained the troops during the Gulf conflict, sang on the Oriana ( med cruises ) and Golden Princess ( Caribbean Cruises ) and entertained the Dubai Royal Family on New Year’s Eve.
Her stage presence and voice have had customers coming back again and again to book her. Her amazing voice, accompanied by four incredible musicians, means her repertoire is more extensive and exciting than most. From the latest pop hits and rock anthems through to love song ballads, Anna has a voice that will leave you simply breathless.
Before joining Cassino Andrew was a solo professional singer for many years, travelling the length and breadth of the country to perform for audiences in Britain and abroad. Accolades from far wide and wide have tesitified to his incredible sultry, smooth tones and dynamic stage presence. Despite his success, Andrew's career changed course when he joined Cassino because of the great tunes and party atmosphere on stage and more importantly, on the dancefloor.
As musical director and driving force behind the line-up, Mark has consolidated the best of all he has worked with over the years, to form this supergroup of function bands. Playing professionally since the age of 13, Mark has a musical CV that has seen him play at approximately 4000 events in America, Europe, Cruises, the Middle East and in the UK! He has worked with countless celebrities and household names based upon his ethos of excellence and reputation as one of the very finest keyboard players.
A guitarist with a stellar reputation , his key strengths being flexibility and self-effacement. A broad stylist whose influences extend to country, flamenco and raga, he can also get as nasty as he needs to, but he understands that instrumental interplay is what matters - this is reflected in his unmatched collection of axes - PRS, Jackson and Fender.... all present for duty !
His beautiful instruments have a chillingly clear tone, and his solos are dotted with howling melodies and perpetually cresting, lightning-fast exploration
After graduating from the Milan conservatory , this talented drummer came to the UK to extend his studies with the College of Music at Leeds. A successful recording and session career saw this brilliant drummer travel extensively and work with many top performers. Apart from his duties in Cassino , Franco still finds time to teach and hold drum clinics for his students.
