Personally William is a great guy, friendly, approachable, charming and very accommodating. Professionally he is absolutely outstanding, utterly talented, great fun and not afraid to hand the microphone to those who want to join in. My family had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, one for the memory banks. Will most definitely contact William again for future celebrations - I can't praise him highly enough.
