Tom performed as part of a duo in the Al Muntaha restaurant and Skyview Bar, Burj Al Arab. Throughout the duration of his contract, he performed to a consistently high standard and was always on time and well presented. His choice of music helped to create a great atmosphere within the restaurant, and he was always more than willing to take requests and dedications from guests. On a personal level he was a pleasure to work with and developed a great working relationship with me and all my staff
