The Lancashire String Quartet were excellent. They turned up on time, adapted to fit in with another hired singer, provided the most beautiful string music for the soprano soloist, there wasn’t a dry eye it was so moving. They also played for another hour with such professionalism. Really can’t recommend them highly enough.
