We hired The Ceilidh-oots for our wedding reception in May 2013, and were absolutely delighted with their professionalism, musicianship and the all round show. We appreciated their promptness and efficiency at responding to our queries and questions prior to wedding, and in fact, hiring them was one of the most stress-free and easiest parts of planning our wedding. Our guests were a mixture of seasoned Ceilidhers and complete novices, and everyone commented on how good the band were and what a great evening of dancing it was (the music, dancing and calling were excellent). As someone who took part in many Ceilidh's as a teenager, I have high expectations of what a ceilidh band should sound like, and these were met and far exceeded by Tom and the boys. We would heartily recommend The Ceilidh-oots to anyone planning a Ceilidh no matter what the occasion. Thanks for a fabulous and memorable evening of dancing.
