Review of Mike Smith (saxophonist)

Hi Becky, Mike and his guitarist were fantastic. All the guests commented on how fantastic they were. They played a real variety of music that was well suited to the occassion. Unfortunately as I was trying to get round to greet everyone I didn't really get a chance to listen to them much but everyone I spoke to said they were really good. For our event we required something that acted as background music but that equally impressed so that people could stop and listen if they wanted. They fit this description really well. They were really sweet and came up to speak to us at the end. They also commented on how enjoyable the evening was and how they really liked that people clapped them after each song which made them feel that although they were background music they were being taken seriously. They arrived on time. Set up with minimal fuss and disruption. Picked things up without really needing to be introduced. It was a perfect fit. Overall they were really lovely. In terms of Alive Network contribution, the website is fantastic. I really liked being able to listen to the acts and because of that I really had an idea before I spoke to you who I wanted. Although saying that, you did offer me some good advice and guidance. Thanks for all your efforts and happy new year. Stacey
