Review of Hipster

Lisa and I wanted to write to let you know how much everyone enjoyed the performance by Hipster at our wedding at Dalhousie Castle on Sunday 30 July. The guys were extremely presentable, polite and personable and did a fantastic job of having everyone shake themselves around the dance floor. Their song list was just the right mixture to get the crowd moving and keep them there from beginning to end, and their ability to render such a range of music so flawlessly was just what we had been looking for. Everyone in the wedding party mentioned how good they thought Hipster had been, and both senior and service staff stopped me the following day to say they had never heard a band perform as well in the castle, which by the way hosted over 320 weddings last year alone so I am sure they have plenty to compare against. In fact, the Events Manager went so far as to tell me that she would “love to hear them at a bigger venue”. Please be sure to pass on our good wishes to the lads of Hipster and let them know they’ll be top of the list next time we have another celebration that needs live entertainment.
