I hope I have the pleasure of being able to work with you again

Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. Despite having to negotiate the busy London traffic at the end of your long trip down from Preston, you managed to arrive in good time and complete setting up well before our guests started to arrive for the drinks reception, so well done and thank you for going to that effort on our behalf. I hope you had a smooth and speedy journey home at the end of the night. We hold a function like this once per year, in recent years organised by a work colleague and myself on behalf of the Company. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. I'm sure you will agree, One Great George Street is a beautiful building and the Great Hall looked superb with it's ornate architecture, painted ceiling and huge crystal chandeliers, a very special setting for a glittering occasion. I would add that you also did justice to the occasion as you looked stunning, dressed very appropriately in your beautiful silver and gold evening gown. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. I hope I have the pleasure of being able to work with you again, or better still, seeing you perform as the main attraction on a well known stage. With kindest regards, Heather
