Communicated well with us before our wedding, with a phone call answering all our questions and supplied his public liability insurance that our venue needed promptly when we asked. Seemed like an easy going friendly guy. Only thing was one of his speakers seemed to have an electrical issue, but otherwise he did requests, played a good selection of songs that got people of different ages dancing, saving us from doing our own playlist.
