Rebecca at Alive was really superb: she put my mind at ease when discussing the initial booking, was always available by phone and email to answer queries, was so helpful in offering advice and discussing costs and details in the initial stages that I really had no worries at all. I would absolutely recommend that other brides use Alive as not only was the service excellent value, but Rebecca was a really pleasure to deal with and so reassuring throughout the process. Equally, Alexandra King was really outstanding: she was so helpful in the early stages in giving us advice about music choices and what would work well at different parts of the ceremony and so set our minds at ease. Moreover, her playing was absolutely spectacular and all our guests were so impressed with how beautiful her music truly was. It set the tone for the whole event, which felt sophisticated and romantic, which was exactly what we wanted. She was professional from start to finish and truly made our ceremony really wonderful for us both as well as our guests, and we will certainly remember it for the rest of our lives!
