The service we received from Alive was fab. Alexandra was great, very professional and smart. It was unfortuante that she couldn't play what we wanted to walk down the aisle to but this was changed and we were happy with the final choice once we'd settled on it. She was lovely and the guests thoroughly enjoyed it too. A great choice all in all. Thanks Cheryl
