Alan kindly stepped in at the last minute to provide piano accompaniment for a silent film screening at a Conference. Despite the lack of preparation time, Alan used his knowledge and understanding to create an ideal soundtrack, incorporating appropriate themes and a traditional silent film score. It was a hugely successful event and in no small part to the performance of Alan.
