“True Blue were absolutely fantastic and we would not hesitate to book them again or recommend them to friends and family. They were really friendly on the phone and spent a while discussing what we wanted from them on the night; they totally put us at ease and we knew we had nothing to worry about. When they arrived at our wedding reception they set up quickly and quietly; they were very polite and happy to get the party started. Their set was exactly what we wanted: the singing was brilliant...Adele's 'Rolling in the Deep' was sung superbly (many of our guests commented on this). Soon after True Blue started people were dancing and before we knew it the dance floor was packed. They performed a mixture of songs that appealed to all age groups and took requests so that the music was personal to our family and friends. Countless guests came up to us during our reception and said how great the band were and this has continued to happen after the wedding day. We had a perfect day and True Blue played an important part in this. Thank you True Blue!”

“True Blue (Guy/Katie) were a surprise to all the guests. They researched the crowd and viewed my request list and suggest some changes, which worked. They were professional and friendly on the day. Then the performance........................... WOW, they put so much effort and passion into the performance it felt like a real gig. There voice's were 100 times better live, song choices that pulled everyone off there seats to dance....The last 4 or 5 songs of the night through the crowd into a frenzy - the Killers is the most talked about song with everyone going mad.... Both Emma and Alan were over the moon with True Blue, they are a credit to Alive Network and I have a 40th in October 2012 and would love to have them again... “I just wanted to thank you for organising the band "True Blue" for our daughter's 18th birthday this weekend. Guy & Julia were absolutely fabulous, and undoubtedly their music and enthusiasm really made the party a huge success. They had no problems in encouraging the 18 year olds onto the dance floor, and their selection of music proved a great hit for all guests. The quality of their singing and playing was highly praised by all. They were highly professional, arriving in good time to set up and provided all of the equipment needed for the whole evening's entertainment. Once again, Thank You! Kathryn Talintyre ”

“We decided to book True Blue for our civil partnership reception off the Alive Network website because we were very impressed with the tracks on the website and also because the venue would not allow live drums (unless played with brushes!) so we needed a duo or something similar. Guy from True Blue spoke to me before the event and asked if there were any specific things we wanted and checked the relevant info from me and was very professional from the outset. It also felt - right away - that we were in control of the event and not the other way round. When we arrived at the evening venue True Blue were already set up and had background music playing. When they began, as is usual at these kind of functions, the room was suddenly full of wallflowers so the brilliant female vocalist Katie, came out from behind the microphone and got some guests up to dance with her. People were even talking about this the next day and saying how great it was. After that it was hard to keep people off the floor. At the end of their set Guy started off our disco for us so that the entertainment was seamless. It was a fantastic night and this is due in no small part to True Blue. As a postscript, I'm a keyboard player in a band and there was a drummer, guitarist and vocalist/vocal coach in the crowd who were all thought True Blue were excellent! Thanks guys for a fabulous night. ”

“Hi Gemma, I just wanted to write and tell you that True Blue were absolutely fantastic on Saturday night! Not only did they perform brilliantly, including learning and performing a new song for the Bride and Groom's First Dance, but they were lovely people and fitted in perfectly. I would recommend them in the drop of a hat! As one of the guests said to me - it was easy to think that the original artists were performing. It was very definitely the correct decision to book them! Thanks very much for your help in setting it up - I would not hesitate to contact you again in similar circumstances. Best wishes Lucy ”
