Alive Network were extremely professional, even when we had a little hiccup with our first booking they took control of the situation and sorted everything out for us. This hiccup was nothing to do with Alive Network, but the performer we had booked through them, and when I made them aware of the situation they calmly recommended another act and this is the reason why it makes sense to book through an agency.
