“Really great band. 2nd time I've booked them. Kept everyone dancing all night- even those people that don't normally dance! Highly recommended. A mixture of jazz and swing, older and more modern numbers.”

“I just want to let you know that we had a great party on Saturday. The Retro Pack were fantastic, great musicians and a great repertoire. Everybody loved them. They were also very nice people, the party was in the garden and we had to deal with intermittent rain but they just coped with everything with great good humour. They were really part of the party. We’d certainly engage them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for their kind of music.”

“The Retro Pack were an absolute pleasure to deal with and most importantly delivered an incredible evening of music and entertainment. Kit was so professional and willing to work with us which gave us a lot of confidence in them from an early stage. Everyone knew exactly where they stood and how the evening was going to go. This is a huge reassurance because once we knew the entertainment was all in hand it allows us to concentrate on the other aspects. In terms of the performance itself, what a night, 3 songs in and a packed dance floor tells you all you need to know about just how good the Retro Pack are. Further to this I’m delighted to say that we have already booked the band for next New Year too, can there be a better recommendation than that!! Mike Caley Hall Hotel ”

“I would like to thank you and the whole of the Retro Pack who played with you on 7th September for the party after Anna and Pete Douglas’ wedding. You were absolutely fantastic and caught the mood of the guests wonderfully. We all had such a great time and loved dancing the night away. The dance floor was virtually consistently full and age of dancers varied from 8-80 (with the middle range predominant towards the end!). It was the best time I personally have had at a wedding for years – which was lucky as we were the hosts! But thank you very much indeed for rounding of a really special day with so much fun as well as exercise. We would certainly book you again. It was a truly great evening with well-spaced gaps and good music in between. ”

“I would recommend Alive Network and The Retro Pack for any event that you may be planning. The service from Clare at Alive Network was first class, fuss free and very professional. The booking was completely stress free, even though I only gave a couple of days notice. The Retro Pack were amazing! Great music, great vocals, great swing jazz vibe!! Dressed the part, and had everyone up and jiving from 8 year olds to over 80’s, our Vintage Wedding had a real party atmosphere the whole evening! They took requests and nothing was too much trouble! I would book this band again and again! I would score them 100!! The band were amazing and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much for organising a great night!”

“We needed a band, to get guests dancing at our school leaving ball, at the last minute and on a fairly tight budget but Alive Network were easy to use and very accomodating. Our coordinator was really excellent arranging payment etc. within a very tight time frame and we appreciated the opportunity to speak with the band leader directly, before the night. We had few specific ideas as to which tunes we wanted but the band simply offered to keep the dance floor going - which they certainly did! They were the perfect volume for the large space we had to fill and were friendly and approachable. With guests ranging in age from 17 to 65 the music appealed to all tastes with lots of well known numbers. After the set guests commented on the high standard and benefits of having live performers and we would definitely recommend The Retro Pack and Alive Network!”
