“These guys are INSANE! Honestly, they were the highlight of my wedding (don’t tell my husband). We were let down by a previous band 6 weeks before the big day, and I really do feel in this case, everything happens for a reason. If it wasn't for that cancellation, we would have never found The Perpetual Groove Machine! Our wedding evening flew by with this amazing band. The music they played was awesome and all our guests were up dancing; even my 87-year-old grandad who was waving his walking stick in the air! The band learnt our first dance song and made it their own, along with a very funky version of Cher’s “Believe”. We had so many compliments on the night (and for days following our wedding) about how incredible the band were. Communication with the band was so easy too, Isaac was so quick to respond to our questions and was so chilled! I will be recommending The Perpetual Groove Machine to everyone who needs a band going forward. I'm also looking for more excuses for another party to have them there!”

“A big thank you to The Perpetual Groove Machine who performed at Ashgate Hospice's Ball on the 1st of October 2021, they have supported this event a number of times and the music was amazing as always. Following the pandemic when no events like this could take place, our supporters were all delighted to come together for an evening of entertainment to raise funds for the hospice. We heard great comments about from our supporters who loved the music and were up and dancing. The Perpetual Groove Machine are such a professional and friendly band, and we were lucky to have them perform at this event.”

They played a variety of songs which suited all ages and kindly prepared a different song for the first dance. They were very professional but also hugely talented. Everyone I have spoken to afterwards have commented on how great they were. I would highly recommend them for any event!”

“Well, what can I say, you guys absolutely smashed it! Everyone has been raving about what an amazing band you were, including Jeremy [wedding coordinator] and the photographer (who I imagine have seen a lot of wedding bands!). Not only were you all amazing musicians, but good fun and spot-on song choices. I think the dance floor being packed from start to finish was a testament to all that! We had seen the band play before when they were a smaller ensemble and really enjoyed them, so when we found out that they were now a 7-piece band we wanted to book them for our wedding. Right from the start, the band were a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive and always went out of their way to help during a stressful time of wedding planning. Isaac especially was incredibly polite and helpful - as a result, the band was definitely the least stressful thing we had to organise for the wedding! On the day, we decided to book their piano player to play some cocktail music during our drinks reception; this was fantastic and created a lovely atmosphere. Whilst the piano player was playing, the rest of the band came to set up and sound checked, meaning our guests weren’t disturbed during dinner which was a lovely touch. They brought their own PA system and lighting rig too which was great and spared us the expense! In the evening, the band played an eclectic mix of covers, which really did appeal to everyone. Our dance floor was full form start to finish with everyone from toddlers to grandparents. The 7-piece band sounded massive, and they were all amazing musicians, taking time to do solos mid-song with some flare. Overall, an absolute pleasure, they really made the evening special for us and our guests. Everyone we spoke to commented that they were an amazing band, and we can’t wait to book them for our next event!”

“We booked the band for our wedding and I can honestly say they are amazing! If you are thinking of booking them- do it! I have had so many comments since the wedding from everyone about how brilliant our band were, they really did make the night! Everyone was up and dancing and the set list they played was perfect. I really can’t thank them enough!”
