Fantastic band, the icing on the (wedding) cake!

“The Low Down were not only great performers but very easy to work with - they made everything so straightforward which was much appreciated! Their performance of our chosen first dance song was better than we could have hoped, and one of our guests commented that she had never been to a wedding where the dance floor was constantly full before. We would highly recommend!”

“The Low Down were brilliant. The initial communication from them was a bit lacking, but I was a little keen and was emailing them pretty early on - well before our event anyway. I just wanted to make sure everything was going to be ok. I'm sure they were really busy! Anyway, the emails I did receive from the band were great - and make me confident I had picked a really good band who understood my needs and were happy to do everything they could to make our event perfect for us. And it was! The three members of the band were lovely, very friendly, polite, and extremely talented. They knew how to play for the crowd well, and had a great repertoire of songs which was great for such a mixed audience - adults ranging from 20s to 70s. I was so impressed the whole night with their performance, and they were happy to play 'iPod' music in between from a Spotify playlist I had contributed to. I can safely say "highly recommended" to all others. ”

“The Low Down were fantastic from the moment we booked them. They responded quickly to any questions we had leading up to the wedding and put our minds at rest. On the day they arrived on time, set up early for us so they didn’t interrupt the drinks reception. Basically nothing was too much hassle. The music was amazing! It was a wedding with quite a few musicians present and all of them said how awesome they were, they read the crowd, got everyone dancing (in fact no one stopped), they even made up a theme tune to play for a quiz the best men did during their speech. All we can say is we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks guys. Ben and Charlotte xx”

“Booking was easy, communication with the band prior to the event was good. The band arrived on time and set up with no fuss, they did everything they could to accommodate us and they didn't mind that we ran over time. Once they started playing they really got the party started, everybody loved them and commented on how good they were. You cant get better than a full dance floor! Thanks guys, you were amazing!!!”

“Tim and I had a fantastic experience with 'The Low Down'! Our ceremony was running late, therefore the band had to wait around and so did our guests! However, when their opportunity came to set up, they did not keep us waiting and livened up the whole audience once they began! They were extremely friendly and professional and really set a fantastic mood at our wedding reception. Tim and I had a surprise dance. We supplied the the Band with the CD that we needed playing and it was played in perfect time for our first dance. Thank you so much guys! We most certainly will be recommending you!
