“What a great band, thanks a lot guys. These guys are fantastic if you are looking for a friendly lively band for your event. Right from the start, booking with Alive Network, up to the final contact with Travis everything was explained in full (no hidden surprises) all requirements were explained fully. On the night the band arrived while our day time event was still running, they began setting up very discreetly, then came the night, wow just wow!! Fantastic artists even accommodating song requests outside their repertoire, and they nailed it. They kept the event lively throughout varying the songs to keep everyone entertained. Every one of our guests are still commenting on how good they were and what a special night they made it. Thanks again guys!!”

“The Hot Shots were absolutely awesome! They were so versatile and accomodating of all our diverse requests, playing songs from everybody including Amy Winehouse & Stevie Wonder through to Queen & Metallica! The sound quality was crystal clear, every song was note perfect, the guitar and drum solos were incredible and the interaction with the crowd was amazing - they were even thrashing out guitar solos with us on the dancefloor! Phil's vocals were excellent, he had so many different song styles to perform, he even went as far as emulating Kurt Cobain's voice breaks! You could tell they were enjoying it every bit as much as our guests. Everything was extremely professional and efficient from the moment of booking, all of the venue's restrictions and curfews were respected and eveything was set up and cleared away on time. We would recommend taking the extra lighting options if you're allowed haze at your venue, the efffects were brilliant! There couldn't have been a better way to top off what was already spectacular day. Thank you so much for coming all the way to Somerset and rocking out our wedding. We just now need to think of another excuse for a big party so that we can book them again, which we definitely will! Lots of love, Simon & Lisa”

“The Hot Shots performed two live sets at our tipi wedding and DJ’d in between and afterwards. The performances and also the DJing were just fantastic, we had the best time and so many of our guests commented on how brilliant the band were. Travis was incredibly friendly and on the ball with the organisation ahead of the day and did an awesome job in delivering our first dance request. The whole band were super fun and really helped make our wedding party something to remember. We just cannot recommend the Hot Shots enough!”

“The Hot Shots were the highlight of our wedding reception. They played a great variety of music which suited our guests as there was a wide age range present. They had amazing equipment and were able to setup and sound check in what felt like no time at all. Their musical performance itself was amazing. It's clear that each of the guys are fantastic musicians in their own right, so together they have a real recipe for successful performance and great entertainment. They had all of the guests up on the dance floor and signing until they lost their voices, or maybe that was just me. They were such lovely guys too. They mingled with our guests between their sets and were really approachable for those who wanted to speak to them. Not that I was concerned otherwise but they were dressed appropriately and throughout the night maintained great professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of entertainment at their event.”

“On the 26th of January I married my beautiful wife at Chicerly hall. We hired the Hot Shots to be our house band for the whole day. They were brilliant!!! They turned up early and we had a little chat about what we wanted and set up completely unobtrusively. After our speeches we had an acoustic set while everyone was milling around which was just excellent, then later on in the evening we had the full blown band and DJ set. For our first dance we asked the boys to learn a song they didn't know and they absolutely nailed it!! They then continued through the rest of the night and the dance floor was packed, which is exactly what we wanted. The DJ set was great as well, keeping the atmosphere going and people dancing through to the last bit of the evening.I really can't recommend these lads enough, you can see why they've won so many awards. They were an essential piece of our day and they completely delivered. There really isn't one negative thing I could say, which for someone like me is really irritating! Every single person that was there on the night haven't remarked on how good I looked in my suit or how pretty Vic was or how nice the food was but. "You're band was awesome." And they were. Good luck boys,and thank you again from me and Vic ”

“We booked The Hot Shots for our wedding and were really impressed. We had booked them for their broad range and great sound, which we thought would be a real crowd pleaser and offer flexibility on the day, but it went even better than we could have thought. The accoustic session lent a special ambience to the time just after the ceremony and the evening performance seemed to be perfectly tailored to ours and the guests preferences, which we had shared directionally on a Spotify playlist. The first dance song was learned specially and was great and we also especially enjoyed the oasis singalong at the finale (perfect for a load of 40 year olds reliving our 90s heyday) :) they also had a few mash ups thrown in. Loads of people commented how good they were. the Band travelled from Essex to the Scottish highlands and seamlessly took care of all the set up on the day - super professional. Thank you guys !!”
