All really nice blokes who made all our guests have such a fun evening dancing and singing! The guys had to put up with our lateness and our drunken antics...they were brilliant! A very talented group who absolutely deserve this review.”

“They were absolutely fantastic. During their sets the dance floor was rammed and everyone loved them. The range of songs they played from their repertoire was great as there was something for everyone. Any concerns we had were quickly forgotten about within 10 seconds of the first song. Phil had a great voice and the guys all sounded like they played in the band together everyday as they all sounded so good. Everyone really enjoyed them and we had many people praising the band afterwards. Booking with Alive was so easy and stress free (always good when organising a wedding!). The website was simple to use and it was so handy being able to search for bands by genre, band size, cost etc.”

“When we decided we wanted a band to perform at our wedding evening reception we turned to Alive Network. The first band we stumbled across were The Hot Shots and we were instantly blown away by what we heard online. We listened to a few others and just found ourselves comparing them to The Hot Shots. We were ecstatic when we finally booked them. In the build up to the wedding they contacted us a few months before to introduce themselves and find out what type of music we liked etc. On the day the band arrived in plenty of time and started setting up with no problems at all. They were all very friendly and accommodating to a few last minute timing changes at night. Once fully set up with all the lighting it all looked amazing! They performed tune after tune after tune perfectly! The dance floor wasn’t empty all night! They did a good mix of music which appealed to everyone in the room and also took requests which I have never seen a band do before. After they had finished everyone was shouting for more so they did a few more songs. It is now a week after the wedding and everyone is still saying how good the band were, where did we book them, where are they from etc!! I can’t wait to get our photos through and see some videos in order to re-live the night!”

“The band were excellent from the moment we booked them to the second they finished their set. They stepped in at late notice after we were let down by another band and thank goodness this happened. Everyone commented on how good they were and how it made the evening. They got everyone up and dancing and it created a much better atmosphere than a DJ or iPod plugged in. As mentioned, the boys stepped up late but still learnt our first dance song brilliantly. They are also four very nice men. They stopped to chat and despite being very busy talked to a range of the guests. Everyone loved them! Their communication was quick and easy with no fuss. Most importantly, they sound amazing. They have a massive range of songs that catered for the young and old and slow dancers and ravers! I'll never forget how special they made my evening. A massive thanks to The Hot Shots on behalf of my new wife and I and all of our guests.”

“Laura and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for making our wedding day complete. The amount of positive comments we have had about the band and the music has been crazy. Everyone loved it and the guys did amazing to withstand the heat in that room! A big thanks to Phil as well. No one could tell he wasn’t a regular in the band and he smashed every song. If you need to replace yourself in the future he is definitely more than good enough. The guys were very professional, set up quickly and made no fuss.
