“Hi there, We've just returned from our honeymoon, and I had to email you to say a huge thank you for agreeing to perform at our wedding at Notley Abbey at the end of February. Neither myself nor my wife Claire can believe how lucky we were in having you all as part of our big day - you were amazing! We already had high expectations having listened to the various medleys - not only did you meet them, but you exceeded our expectations by miles. From the second we met you that evening you completely wowed us with your warmth, energy and sheer professionalism. Vocally and instrumentally you were all stunning, and the way you kept the dance floor full and the guests wanting more was a joy to be part of. So many of the guests have commented on your brilliance. Comments such as "the best band I've ever seen" and "they were better than some of the original artists" sum up what everyone thought of you all - us included. The only downside was that it was all over too soon. Myself and Claire look back at our wedding day as the most perfect day imaginable, and would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the part you played in helping make it so. “Hi Seth, We had a brilliant day, thank you, although it all seems like a distant memory now! We were over the moon with the Fabulations. They were amazing! We have sent feedback directly to the band and a copy of that is set out below which should sum it up for you! Also, thanks for your help in liaising with us and the band during the booking process. You were prompt in your communication with us and always friendly and helpful so thank you for that... we were thoroughly happy with both the band and Alive Network so thank you. We would like to say a huge thank you to the Fabulations for their stunning performance at our wedding reception on 28th June 2008 at Grafton Manor, Bromsgrove. Although we had decided on a live band for the evening we spent a long time searching for the right one for us, but we knew instantly we heard Marion's vocals on the Band's sample tracks that the Fabulations were just what we were looking for and we were spot on. They were head and shoulders above the rest in every way! We strove to create a fun, party atmosphere for our reception and the band were perfect for that. Before the day Marion discussed the set list with us, as to which songs and set timings would best suit our day, and the band were happy to rehearse a song they had never previously performed so that we could enjoy a live version for our first dance. Hearing Marion sing that for us is a memory that will live with us forever. The band were energetic and funky and their enthusiastic performance inspired guests of all ages to get on the dance floor. Our guests were wowed with the fabulous performance and commented, both on the day and since, that we were lucky to have found such a quality outfit to play at our wedding.The vocals of Marion and Chantelle were amazing, the music was fab; in all they were magic! The band were happy to be flexible in their set timings when the day overran and each of them gave 100% to make our reception special. They certainly surpassed all expectations and were a pleasure to work with. We particularly enjoyed a boogie with Marion when she joined us on the dance floor towards the end of the evening! We would recommend the Fabulations to anyone hosting an event, be it a wedding or otherwise, who wish to be certain of a charismatic and soulful performance from a group of talented and professional musicians who so clearly enjoy what they do. “I really wanted to thank you and the rest of Fabulations for helping Sven and I have the best day of our lives. The wedding and celebrations were perfect. Everyone (both dancers and non-dancers!) were saying how amazing you were and asking how I found you! So many people commented to both Sven and I on the talented vocalists - and that you were the best they had ever heard at a wedding. If you hadn't noticed, I and my friends certainly had the time of our life dancing away in an 'exclusive' group and Sven told me after that the guests that preferred to stay at a safe distance from the dance floor really enjoyed listening. The icing on the cake was to see that Fabulations is made up of such fun-loving, lovely people and I hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we did.
