“It goes without saying that Rory and I cannot thank you enough for all your incredible hard work, support, joy and love that you have provided us with over the last year. We have absolutely never heard such a talented bunch of musicians and to the tee what we were looking for – you blew our wedding day away. We've had family and friends saying it was the best ceremony they've seen with your surprise, people saying 'Crazy in Love' is 'paying rent in their head' brass band style since the wedding (in the best way) and everyone has said you are the best band they've ever seen played...big praise and believe me, it is no easy feat to get that sort of feedback. You smashed it! To convey it one last time, a huge heartfelt thank you from your biggest fans. We will never forget everything you did for us and hope to see you play again very soon.”

““The Saltire Street Band were booked as a surprise pop-up at my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding at Cherrytrees in Yetholm in July. Although it was difficult to keep the surprise from not only the Bride and Groom but all the other guests, the band worked with us to make sure that no-one knew anything until they appeared mingling with the guests and started the party. They then assisted us in parading our guests to the area where our "garden party wedding" was being held. This meant that all the guests immediately understood that the wedding was to have a fun-filled, relaxed vibe with the band playing while people danced, played lawn games or were able to enjoy their picnic while listening to the wonderful music. The band even arranged and rehearsed a song especially for the Bride & Groom by one of their favourite bands, which was a really lovely touch and totally unexpected. Everyone said that the band certainly helped create the right atmosphere for what was truly a very special day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for an event and look forward to another occasion when we can book the absolutely AMAZING Saltire Street Band!”
