Quality band, really helped the party go down well

“The whole experience was really positive. Was impressed with the Alive Network website and process for booking the band in the first place. The actual band themselves were really good - I lost track of how many people came up to me during the night to comment on how good they were. Nice group of guys, good musicians, would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.”

“Technicolour arrived promptly and were set up and ready for sound checks during the interval between day and night do's. The first song off their list was our first dance song, which they learnt especially for the day, they went straight into this as soon as we'd cut the cake and continued for an hour to complete their first set. They put on a DJ set in between whilst we also went outside for fireworks and then one more live set to finish the night off. Not a single song out of place and all of them absolute tunes! We enjoyed ourselves all night!!!”

“The guys from Technicolour were absolutely brilliant. They did an acoustic session during drinks in the afternoon and then a full electric session in the evening. Both exceeded our expectations and people were up dancing all night. They learned a number of songs for us including a fantastic first dance and couldn't have been more helpful on the day regularly checking in with us and making sure everything was going as planned. Highly recommend. Great attitude, professional, helpful, flexible and most importantly put on an awesome show. Thank you.”

“The Technicolour guys are great musicians, and the party was a huge success. The dance floor was full (of all ages, from 18 year olds to over 60s!) for the whole two hours that they played. I, and a number of others, didn't leave the dance floor for a minute, and everyone said how much they loved the band. A wonderful evening! My husband was delighted that they got the volume just right, so people were still able to talk without shouting, which is rare with a band.”

“Technicolour played at our wedding and they were brilliant! The performance itself was amazing - the first thing anyone said was how great the band was. They learned the song we wanted for our first dance especially and played an awesome version of it. The dance floor was full throughout. Josh has a great voice, and lots of people commented on the band's ability to play so many different styles and songs and make each of them sound so good. Set-up was tight and probably fairly stressful but they were so professional throughout. Thanks so much for making our wedding even more perfect!”

“Technicolour were brilliant! They put on a great show, with a wide range of songs from across many, many genres. The gang sounded great live and had a good setup. Clearly all three are very good musicians - they played a tight set and loved a bit of crowd interaction as well. We wanted something a little different for our wedding, a small band with a great singer (Josh sounded as good, if not better than the recordings) . Technicolour delivered and kept us rocking and rolling on the dancefloor. They even set up their PA so we could DJ into the early hours of the next morning.”

Also, management were very happy with the event so fingers crossed next year we can do something similar and invite technicolour back! ”
