“Phillip was booked for my wife's 50th with over 100 people attending inside a marquee. Phillip covered the afternoon/early evening shift. He was excellent to deal with and provided the daytime atmosphere we were looking for. The music was lovely and was played at the right volume. Set up the do nicely. Dealing through Alive network made the booking easy and got me out of a hole trying to find acts directly. ”

“Phil was lovely and very helpful when we spoke to him on the phone about our song choices prior to the wedding. He was punctual, played beautifully and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music. As bride and groom we were very much preoccupied with everything going on but Phil took the time to come over and introduce himself during a break between sets, which we very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!”

“Phillip played at our wedding ceremony at Langley Castle in Hexham. He called us the week before to ask what we would like. We loved everything on his play list, so just said you can play anything that you think would be suitable for the ceremony. We told him the artists that we exceptionally loved and one of them was a big ask, " Big love" by Fleetwood Mac, this tune is really hard to play, but he said he would try. Well you can imagine our surprise when he started to play it. He must of been practicing all week long. For us, this was a special song and so made our day complete. Phillip was punctual and face mask on at the ready to play (Covid 19, Rules). Nothing was too much trouble for him when we asked if he would play outside, so we could take full advantage of the sunny day and then back inside when the sun disappeared. Everyone commented on how brilliant he was and so we asked him to stay longer than originally planned. Phillip made our day so much more special, such a lovely young man and we would fully recommend Phillip to anyone..”
