“We did thank them last night but I just wanted to let you know how delighted we were with Now 80s for our party. Indeed, the whole process of booking and making decisions has been extremely stress free and you have been most professional and helpful throughout. The Power of Love sounded just brilliant and the sets were great...I didn't see any of our guests putting in any requests, probably because the choice was so great in the first place! There was plenty of dancing and as the final set started people couldn't get on the floor quickly enough! We received many compliments for the band and just how fabulous they were...including Richard's 70 year old aunt and uncle who just sat and enjoyed the music all evening, and phoned us today to tell us. Now 80s were definitely the best thing about the evening and well worth going over our initial budget for. Finally, we appreciated the band's flexibility in being willing to change timings slightly, playing happy birthday, putting in The Power Of Love a second time! etc, as well as their appearance, and their courtesy. So thank you very very much, and I am now off to deal with the withdrawal symptoms of it all being over...sniff! “Please pass on my thanks to the members of the band for their superb performance on Saturday evening. I did thank them on the night, but I can't express my gratitude enough, as they were the icing on the cake for what turned out to be a fantastic celebratory weekend for my husband, Steve. The music and vocals were brilliant and the band were very professional. The dance floor was full throughout their performance and I have heard nothing but enthusiastic comments since Saturday. “We had a smallish venue but wanted a good band sound playing a mix across the decades to suit the varied tastes of the guests. Now 80s definitely met our needs – 100%! The band ensured the right mix of songs were picked so that guests were dancing all night long. Each band member was great in their musical abilities and wonderfully complemented by the lead female vocalist. My husband and I plus every guest were blown away by how excellent they were in every aspect (every song was perfect and there were no cringe worthy moments that I have seen at other events with live bands!). A BIG thank you to Now 80s (and Alive Network) for providing such great entertainment and organising it so perfectly.”
