“I just wanted to say how pleased we were with Live Wires at our wedding on 25th September. They played our first dance brilliantly and the dance floor was packed from that moment onwards, whether they were playing or DJ’ing! Loads of the guests commented on how good they were and we really appreciated them not only staying late but allowing Lou and I to get on stage at the end to sing a few songs too… Alex Kington ”

“Live Wires were absolutely fantastic. It was really reassuring to receive a call the week before the wedding to confirm the start times and sets. They were very punctual and set up with no problems. Live Wires were all really approachable and very friendly. They read the mood really well and played two fantastic sets. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people. “I just wanted to drop you a quick note now that things are settling a bit after the wedding and honeymoon to say a massive thank you to you both and especially the lads from Live Wires. To say they created a great end to the most perfect day and weekend would be an understatement. From the original booking, through to the constant communication, arranging the mini blur set and of course the set itself we could not have wanted or expected anymore from you all. The lads even gave up their equipment without hesitation to lets out guests join in on the set (I even saw them dancing along at some points but don’t let them know I said that!). I hope they felt like we looked after them and I know they got along great with our guests (it probably helps most of them were the same age!!). So once again thank you so much. If the lads ever want a reference then I would have no hesitation to do so. Please pass on our best wishes and good luck for the future All the best Chris ”

“Our wedding day was about showing who we were to our friends and family, which is why we chose to have a band. When the band came on from the first song we knew we had made the correct decision, the Live Wire’s were amazing ever better than we had expected, ever body enjoyed it and commented how much the band catered to all ages. “Alive Network provided a very professional service and were really helpful when we spoke to them on the phone. The booking was easy to make and the communication from them was really clear and easy to understand. Live Wires were fantastic. They arrived with the attitude that they would work around our wedding, not that our wedding had to work around them. This was great as we were running late due to traffic problems earlier in the day. They were a really great bunch of lads, really friendly and helpful and they can really work a crowd. Our guests loved them. The dance floor even filled during the sound check and was full for the rest of the night. We couldn't have asked for a better band for our wedding!”

“Live Wires were excellent. They were very professional especially when 2 of our guests who were no stranger to alcoholic beverages decided that the band were that good they would join them in singing a few of the songs! Thankfully one of the band members had the foresight to turn that particular mic off which the 2 aforementioned guests failed to realise and thought they were the next best thing to get snapped up by Simon Cowell while everyone else could enjoy the band's brilliant rendition of sex on fire without any caterwauling in the background! Testament to how good the band were I can't think there was any moment in the night when the dance floor wasn't packed especially by some of the older generation who had a good boogie! Everyone we spoke to the next morning said how fantastic the band were and had an unforgettable time. Thanks once again for making our wedding so special. ”
