I work in the wedding industry myself so I understand how important a good DJ is to any party, James is one of the best around and I'll happily recommend him to anyone whether it's for a party or a wedding. He's also a really lovely guy - get in touch with James and book him if he's available for your event, he's one of the best out there.”

“I booked James for my 30th birthday party. He went into detail with me about exactly what I was looking for and how my day would unfold. James knew exactly how to make the crowd happy. He played a really good mixture of music that suited everyone’s taste. He was fantastic. He had everyone on the dance floor and I didn’t leave the dance floor once. 10/10.”

“I asked James if he could entertain my guests at my 50th birthday party as I had been told he was amazing at what he does… we talked for a few weeks before about what I wanted and I was not disappointed, he had people on the floor dancing from the moment the party started to the end of the night. My guests laughed the whole day and said what an amazing day it was and I was able to enjoy my day without having to check everyone was ok because he did that for me. “My wife and I had James DJ at our wedding... not only did he listen to all of my very specific song requests but he made sure they were on the playlist too! James did everything he could to make our wedding day special with every song he played. Music is a really big deal for my wife and I and our relationship, so having someone who really understood that was amazing. James got everyone dancing and the dance floor was full of laughter and smiles all night. He was so professional and just seemed to fit in with the crowd perfectly. Thank you James for being such a special part of our day. All of the guests loved him and so did we. We will forever appreciate you! See you at our wedding renewal in 2032!”

“We chose James to play our wedding in April 2022. I had a special request for James to play me down the aisle with a particular song on the guitar, which he learned and executed perfectly! He then set up his decks and played our reception, where all our requests for style and genre were met happily. James was professional, pleasant and very capable at all times, with all my questions answered and it was a pleasure to have him as part of our big day. One of our friends from the wedding actually hired him to play her birthday shortly after, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone else. Thanks James!”
