“If you're contemplating booking Hipsters because of a recommendation, your own research or have come across this act by pure luck....book them & don't think twice about it. We had an amazing wedding; from the dress (of course!), to the venue, food & guests...it was great... but quite honestly, it was the band who took it from a great wedding, to an unforgettable one. Not just for us but our guests too. One of our guests was just outside & genuinely thought we'd booked The Killers. Ok, he'd had a drink ...but it shows you the standard. Sod the Killers...we had the Hipsters! We had 2 sets satisfying both the older & younger guests, who were commenting on them all night. I've been to weddings where dance floors have been lacking & that was probably my biggest fear going into the day. Turns out, we should have made the dance floor bigger. It was heaving. My favourite memory of the day by far was definitely when I stood still for a moment, trying to make sure I absorbed as much of the wedding day as I could (as everyone rightly warned us that it would go quickly)...as I stood there & saw my family, friends & colleagues going completely bonkers on the dance floor (half of them with zero rhythm at all I might add), I knew we'd thrown a darn good wedding. Thank you so much.”

I booked Hipster as a suprise for my husband for our wedding and Hipster and Alive Network were very professional and kept the suprise for 2 years! Our wedding day was everything that we had dreamed of and Hipster set the stage alight for our us and our guests. They were professional, smart and most of all their talent is undeniable. “We were absolutely delighted with Hipster's performance at Laura & Peter's wedding on 18th May. They were the highlight of the evening and everyone there thoroughly enjoyed their performance. I thought they were the best band I had ever seen at a wedding and I know others there felt the same. The place was really jumping with excitement, as the music kept on coming. We all had a fantastic time. Not only were Hipster great performers on stage but they matched it with the way they conducted themselves off stage. They set up their equipment quietly and efficiently, whilst the wedding speeches were in progress, causing no distractions. Between sets, I gave them my office to use, where they were "fed & watered". To my utter astonishment, they even cleared up after themselves before they left for the night. Admittedly not very "Rock & Roll" but I was delighted that they left my office in such a tidy state. Please pass on my grateful thanks to all the band. They were utterly superb and we really did appreciate them. I hope I get the chance to see them perform again. Regards, Glenn ”
