“Dear Mary, Apart from us running an hour late, when Hipster got on the stage and started playing, the dance floor was packed at all times. What a great talent for them to be able to do that. They pitched it perfectly and I have since had many comments about how fantastic the band was and how did you hear about them. I work for the BBC and was speaking to a licensee who said; 'I can't believe you had Hipster - I heard them at a Toyfair dinner in Jan 2006 and they were so good that I thought when I get married I would love them to play. Once we got engaged they were the first thing I tried to book and I was gutted they were booked up a year ahead. We booked another band from Alive Network in the end, hope they will be good...' The moment everyone got in a circle around us and sang 'I love you baby' was a great moment for us! Everything went perfectly, Mary, so thank you for helping out with this, Best Wishes, Iona”

Not only was the music excellent, they were also the friendliest bunch of guys and very approachable. “Hi Paul, Hipster were unbelievable - superb set and perfect for the event - people (including me which is unheard of) were on the dancefloor all night and every time the next song was announced a big cheer went up - a sure sign they were doing everything right! What surprised us a little is how thoroughly professional both acts were, it meant we could relax and enjoy the event. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alive Network to others and Hipster to anyone. Thanks Paul - you've been great! Dave & Natalie”
