“Hi Nick, I just wanted to add a couple of recommendations for the bands at our wedding... Gary Preston (5 stars) A brilliant pianist. Gary's performance during our wedding and the wedding breakfast was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and accommodating, he took requests and really added to the atmosphere. Highly recommended. The Modern Fix (5 stars) Absolutely fantastic band. High in energy, really excellent performance and consummate professionals - they absolutely made the evening for us. Thanks!! Cheers, Jenny Dixon”

“Hi Nick Thanks for your email. We had a fantastic day and Gary the pianist was brilliant and played beautifully during the service, reception and wedding breakfast. He was very helpful in selecting the music which would convert well for the piano as well. The band were excellent and we had a lot of fun dancing around to their great play list. The band made the evening for us. Both Gary and the Band were very professional and we could not have been more delighted with both of them. “HI Seth, Gary was brilliant. His music was perfect for the event. He arrived early, in plenty of time to set up and go for a walk to admire the scenery. He was very friendly and his music was just right. My guests commented on him and a few took his business card too. I would recommend him to anyone especially if you were having a small event like mine in my home and garden. Also your company were organised and professional too so nothing to add there either! “Dear Rebecca Thanks for your email, and to Gary for his piano playing on Thursday night. There were numerous comments from delegates about the quality of Gary's performance, and everyone was very happy and very impressed. It made a big difference to the ambience of the whole evening having live music played well, rather than recorded music over a speaker system (as we've had at the same venue in the past). We're especially grateful that he drove such a long way to get to the dinner - I dread to think what time he got home! We were very pleased with Gary's performance, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else thinking of having a live pianist at any similar event. Thanks again, and best wishes Graham Hunt”

The music during dinner was wonderful and it was good to hear so many songs I recognised. The band afterwards were great, and thank you so much for learning the first two songs for us - it really made a difference, and felt very personal. I know that Lara has booked you for her wedding in September and I promised her that she wouldn't be disappointed. She had also heard from another source that you were excellent at our wedding, so word has got around! Once again, thanks very much. “Hi Tony Yes, we had a great party. Gary was fantastic. He phoned beforehand to check all the arrangements, fixed for a saxophonist to join him as a very last-minute request from us, arrived early to set up, and played brilliantly. Gary is a very talented musician and we were absolutely delighted with his repertoire. We had lots of wonderful comments from our guests. We had specially requested that he played quietly during our meal, which he did, and then bounced up the sound for dancing later in the evening when he was joined by Russ. He really gave our party the informal and celebratory ambiance that we wanted and the whole party went really well. The ease and efficiency of booking through your agency made everything so simple and we were delighted from start to finish with everything. A number of guests asked where we found such talented musicians, and I have told them all about Alive Network. With very many thanks Lesley”
