“We heard of Alive Network and Adrian Hughes through a recommendation from a previous bride. Adrian's reviews on Alive Network were fantastic, but still we remained nervous about the quality of service he would provide. We needn't have worried. From the very prompt and professional service we received from the Alive Network team we felt secure that our booking would arrive and exceed expectations. The great recommendations and reviews of Adrian were all completely accurate. He was fantastic! We chatted to Adrian in advance of our wedding about our musical tastes and he not only listened to this, but also managed to feel out the mood of the crowd to ensure our dance floor was never empty (even during some of my rather bizarre requests!). The guests thoroughly enjoyed his performance. He was a really great chap, friendly and polite. He is very professional and also flexible to your requests which made for the perfect party!”

“Adrian was very organised and guests also commented on the fact that they didn't notice him setup and the selection of music he played was just right. We were actually running behind schedule, as ever the speeches took longer than expected, and he was very understanding and happy to fit in. Adrian presented a very professional attitude, he was also really friendly and easy to speak to which made me feel much easier about not running on time. As I said earlier most of my guests commented on how good he was and they were also happy that they could make requests. Everyone was up and dancing which was great!”

As well as being delighted with the acts, it was a pleasure to deal with you and I must compliment you on the way you were always very quick to respond to my contacts with you and also say thank you for providing such great entertainers. I will definitely recommend Alive Network to our friends who are arranging up-coming weddings! Having organised a band through Alive Network for our son’s wedding on 7th August 2008, we decided to book Adrian as a DJ for before, between and after the band’s sets. This was definitely the right move, enhanced by the fact that Adrian knew the band and had worked with them just a few days before our event. He made contact with us the week before the wedding and played all the requests we had pre-arranged, as well as requests during the evening. He read the audience very well indeed and was very quick to continue the atmosphere that the band created, playing just the right music and interacting well with the crowd. Adrian’s personality and professionalism definitely made an important contribution to a fabulous party atmosphere. “Thank you very much for your email. Everything went really well and we had a fantastic day! Now, regarding your services, I found Alive Network very professional and easy to deal with. I really appreciated all your help and the fact that you sent us a reminder 3 weeks before the wedding as you know how it's like: a thousand things to think of so it was really good that you reminded us! You always answered my queries, which was really helpful. Regarding Adrian, he's been absolutely fabulous! he's been playing French songs that he probably didn't know but that all the French really enjoyed! He was very flexible as well as in French wedding, it is the tradition for the guests to organise surprises for the married couple, some of these surprises involved a microphone and he helped making it possible. We were way behind schedule but he didn't complain or anything. He really adapted his performance to the audience and to our need and was brilliant, you can really rely on him, he won't let you down or try to be a bigger star than the guests!! So all in all, everything was great and I thank you again for your help! It was not easy to choose a DJ (especially for the bride! it's normally the groom who should do this!) but you made it a great success! ”

The lighting you provided around the marquee was amazing, and added to the whole evening, I think I have lost a stone in weight due to the dancing, as every time I went to walk off, another great song came on!! Mark has a 30th birthday coming up in two years time and we will be booking you again. Thank you for making our wedding special.”
