“We were both really happy with the service provided by both Alive Network and Adelaide. The booking process was easy and simple and we were kept up to date as the wedding got closer. Charlotte from Adelaide Trio emailed us directly before the wedding to check the final details. Payment was also simple and straightforward. On the wedding day they were very professional and arrived promptly. They played beautifully all afternoon and we got some great comments from our guests. We felt informed at all times and if anything had gone wrong we felt confident that we could have contacted Alive Network or Adelaide Trio at any time and they would have helped us.”
