Our ladies loved it and they won't stop talking about it for years. Our next meeting is December 5th. I will find out then how many more CD's our ladies want then get back in touch with you. Is that the first time you have sold out?!! We also so enjoyed your Neil Diamond songs that you did at the end of the show...Fantastic!!! Although there was only 7 of us listening to him in our lounge, he gave his all as though he was singing at Cardiff Arms Park. His attendance was a complete and most pleasant surprise to my wife, who was celebrating her 70th birthday. From her later comments I don’t think I could have arranged anything better for her. “Dear Ian, I would just like to thank you again for a magnificent performance on Saturday that was totally in line with the high expectations I'd built up since booking you around eighteen months ago. The feedback I've had from friends and family was that it was a brilliant night. However some people did say that my performance was slightly better than yours. Of course, I am joking but I really enjoyed doing Sweet Caroline with you. If I can offer any online tributes or any other way of promoting your work, just let me know. Just one more thing, when you asked how I came to like Neil Diamond's work, I missed out part of the story. My Mum and Dad played some of his stuff during the seventies and eighties (song likes Beautiful Noise and Forever in Blue Jeans) so I bought an album for my Dad on his birthday in around 2003. I then went over to his place in Spain for a week and I played that album for all the week we were there. That's when I learned there were some great songs of his that I'd never even known about. Anyway, take care and all the best for the future. If you ever do any tours, please add me to your address list. Kind regards Warren”

“Dear Ian, I just had to write to say how much we all enjoyed your Neil Diamond & Tom Jones performance on Saturday in Diss Corn Hall for the Friends of Chernobyl's Children. You gave us your all and those who were there had nothing but praise for your professionalism and I was asked if there was a chance to hear you again. On a personal note I would like to say a big thankyou for our instant repartee, and also during the evening, which I can assure you was a big relief to my fellow trustees and me. We nearly covered our costs, and I hope we can see you again at a future date when things have been resolved.
