A focus on key, danceable and sing-along moments creates a whirlwind of sheer audio bliss! Their live medley/mash-up set squeezes elements of 85 anthems into 120 minutes and provides a unique, exciting and engaging show never attempted by ANY act before. 'Expect the unexpected!', pop classics, guilty pleasures and disco bangers all interweaving from one to the next. You will not want it to end. You will wonder how it was all possible. You will NOT want to leave the dancefloor!!
The duo have amassed performances at top UK and European venues and festivals throughout their careers, writing for major label artists and having radio play on BBC Radio One, BBC 6 Music and Radio X. They wanted to use these experience to 'change the game' in the functions world and bring more ambtion, creativity and excitement to people's events. They are a new act, but it's already working! They headlined a festival to 2,000 people in only their 4th show. The atmosphere was electric, people were blown away...
Their vast knowledge of modern live production technologies, such as ‘live looping’, and ‘sampling’ alongside their more organic elements of live keys and live vocals creates an unrivalled, unique and premium sound.
DISCOTECA's repertoire is a huge musical journey that spans many genres and eras, meaning there are always tracks to suit all tastes, ages and occasions.
All events have different requirements and the act can be configured and customised to perfectly suit your whole evening. In addition to the live medley/mash-up set, a live DJ set can be 'bolted on' for an addtional cost, as well as live stage dancers and a live drummer.
