The Ten Foot Troubadours

The Ten Foot Troubadours are the UK’s premier stilt walking band! With over 15 years in the business, they’ve performed at many prestigious events across the world including F1’s Grand Prix and the 2012 Paralympics!

The Ten Foot Troubadours have a large repertoire full of your favourite songs from all decades! From 90s dance anthems to unforgettable classics and more, the Troubadours will get everyone smiling and having a good old sing song!

A wandering style act, The Ten Foot Troubadours are most effective when strolling throughout your event, mixing with your guests. Humorous and feel-good, they are a brilliant form of interactive, upbeat entertainment.

Your Event
The band are fully self-contained and use battery powered portable PA systems, meaning their sound will project to create a real atmosphere whilst they wander around your event!

If requested, The Ten Foot Troubadours can perform without stilts as a stage based act providing a small PA system for up to 100 people.

The Troubadours standard line-up is a trio. The band are also available as a quartet, depending on your budget and event requirements. Please speak see booking options or speak to an Alive Network booking agent for more information.

Health and Safety:
The Ten Foot Troubadours cannot perform on stilts for more than 45-50 minutes without a break of at least 15 minutes. 30 is preferable.

When performing, level ground is preferable, but they are very experienced stilt walkers and can manage slight inclines and uneven terrain when moving to the main performance area.

The Trobadours cannot perform outdoors in the rain or if the ground is damp, slippy or waterlogged, as this can damage equipment and increase chances of slips, trips and falls. The band will always make a sensible call on this, and will always try to offer an alternative solution, such as performing of stilts, or under the nearest cover, where this is possible.
