Full Biography
Satin Doll are fronted by internationally renowned vocalist Victoria Klewin, and features some of the South-West's top Jazz musicians who, aside from their residency gigs at some of Bristol's finest bars and restaurants, reguarly tour Europe and feature on countless studio recordings.
Satin Doll have over 60 years combined experience studying, teaching and playing Jazz, ensuring that each arrangement is lovingly crafted and every performance truely authentic.
All bookings include a skype or telephone call to discuss the booking and make arrangements for the event.
A standard booking would include 2x 45 minute sets, chosen by you from the bands repertoire list with DJ music played during the intermission. The band provide all their own equipment and adhere to a strict formal dress code (unless otherwise requested).
For an additional fee they are able to provide an acoustic duo set before their main performance, provide longer and additional full band sets and to take requests of additional repertoire (however they are unable to perform Postmodern Jukebox Style Jazz arrangements of contemporary pop songs)
They ensure that you are looked after during the run up to the event and always endeavour to be flexible and professional throughout.
